Project Title: User Conference

As a software provider, it is very important to reach key users and distributors of your product. User conferences are an opportunity to highlight success stories, new product features and future plans. Clients are able to speak face to face to their software consultants and address any questions or concerns. Desire 2 Learn wanted to use exhibit hardware they own and use during their trade show program and add some visual flare to make the event special and memorable for their valuable clientele.

Using Desire 2 Learn’s 20' x 30' hybrid exhibit, VMC Group created a focal point and an area to provide demonstrations for software use. This exhibit allows space for a small theatre style presentation area in which new software improvements were highlighted to software users. Large projection logos and tasteful music shifted throughout the hall creating a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Desire 2 Learn at this event cemented their partnership with many of their existing clients by creating confidence in their software development as well as the team behind the interface. It is at these events that you are able to create friendships, loyalty and give a face to software providers. Desire 2 Learn has a well rounded experiential marketing program including multiple trade show entries as well as corporate events ensuring they are maximizing their face 2 face contact.
